To enjoy the full collaborative process and avoid any rush fees, we recommend reserving 4 months earlier to design and produce your invitation suite. For calligraphy design and envelope addressing, we’d love to have at least a 2-3 month’s notice. For on-site calligraphy, people tend to book as soon as they know the date of their event—usually 5-6 months in advance.
Our typical timeline for custom stationery is 12–15 weeks, but will vary a little depending on your printing methods and embellishments. For calligraphy design and envelope addressing, the process usually takes about a month. When you officially book with us, we will send over a calendar for your project with deadlines and important dates marked!
Quotes are based on the quantity needed (the more you order, the price will go down), types of printing, types of paper, and additional styling items. For custom stationery, anywhere from $3,000-$7,000.
On-site calligraphy is based on a project rate plus an hourly fee of $75 per hour. Envelope addressing is $3.00 per envelope.
Payment is received on a project-by-project basis, meaning you won’t have to pay for invitation suites while working on save the dates. 50% of the project total is due upon booking, with the rest due upon completion, prior to shipping.
With day-of stationery, 100% payment is due upon receiving final guest count.
